With over 20 years experience in PR and communication, Mrs. NI started her new career in music industry as co-founder of one of the top music cooperates in China. The company business includes record label, artist management, album distribution, concert and festival organization. Folk music, world music, and family oriented events are the main focus.
As a promoter and planner, Mrs. Ni is also in charge of several remarkable music festival in China: JIMO Ancient Town International Folk Music Festival, in Tsingtao every spring; Univesal Community Music Festival, in Jingdezheng, the world ceramics capital; Suzhou Pear Blossom festival; Summer in Yangzhou world music festival.
In 2019, she started to promote the Musician in Residency project.
